This is Ap News in a Minute. 26-year-old Kevin Underwood was charged with 1st-degree murdering Purcell, Oklahoma Monday for the brutal death of his 10-year-old neighbor Jamie Rose Bolin. Police say Underwood sexually assaulted the girl after he killed her and say he planned to eat the

At least 9 people were killed after a suicide bomber set off a device near a crowded fast-food restaurant in Tel Aviv. Near 50 were (2)wounded in the attack. Islamic Jihad claims responsibility.

A craze for classification and nomenclature superceded the ingenious or fanciful systems.
